Paul, I was very pleased with all aspects of your involvement in this job - from your initial meeting with me to assess the problem and provide me an estimate, to your final visit to take pictures of the completed job.  Thanks for your assistance and advice in getting my project done correctly and in a timely manner.  Sometimes a penny saved is not the best way and I feel confident that although the job was more expensive than I had hoped for, I believe in the long term it will prove to be money well spent.  Please relay my thanks and appreciation to Fred for the excellent manner in which he and the crew performed their work.  I found them all to be very competent hard workers who were concerned with doing their jobs thoroughly and well.  They did a good job of keeping the work site clean, including a good job on the final clean-up.  Each of them was patient and courteous in answering my questions and explaining the process being used.  You are fortunate to have such men working for you.

Hales Corners

Just a note to say what a fine job you did to our basement wall.  The braces look fine and everything was cleaned up after the job was completed.
