You and your crew were professional from the beginning to the end of the project.  You were prompt and kept every promise you made to us - contractual and verbal.  You went above and beyond to make arrangements with the neighbors to get your equipment onto our parent's property as well as to alert them of when your crew would be working and how long.  You included items in your contract that other companies wouldn't - moving the stoops, moving the oil tank.  Your work was high quality and absolutely done the right way.  Your crew kept the work site neat and clean despite the fact that they were doing a very messy job in some not real great weather.  You continuously included my in-law's realtor so that he had the lien waiver and all the other documents he needed for the MLS listing in a very timely manner.  Thank you and your crew for a job that was extremely well done!  Accurate Basement Repair is the name of a company that I will remember for a long time!

The workers were friendly and the foreman was very informative. The estimator was very helpful and went out of his for us. Only complaint is that a good deal of mud was left on the walls that I had to clean before I could paint, but I was otherwise happy.
