Everything was excellent. One one item could improve – clearer communication as to when work will start. I received an estimate start date from Paul, but I had to call Accurate to determine if they were on schedule. Crew did an excellent job – they were very flexible with the time line and issues my plumber encountered. Crew was professional, clean cut and very hard working. The uniform of all employees wearing Accurate shirts is a good idea.

It would have been very easy for you to simply install sump pumps and work around the Palmer valve problems. Instead, you chose to get the valves back in operation. Inside basement work consisted of installing complete interior drain tile system around all external walls, installing a sump pump and capping the Palmer Valve, gaining entrance through one glass block basement window and replacing with new glass block window when done. Outside excavation work consisted of removing front stoop concrete and completing waterproofing work between side door and front door. Landscaping was protected with plywood boards for the large equipment used during excavation. Work was completed as discussed within 3 days with excellent clean up each day, both inside and around property/street access. Communication as to work times, what would be done each day and what had been accomplished (all inspections completed/passed plus ongoing work) was excellent and staff were responsive if I had questions/calls. Also was provided with tradesmen to contact for finishing work (plumbing, plastering, carpentry, electrical) who were competent/certified and charged reasonable fees, which we used and were very satisfied with their work, cost and promptness in completing work.

Accurate performed basement waterproofing services which included replacing the drain tile around the entire perimeter of the house, installing an additional sump crock and pump system, fairly extensive demolition of a bar, paneling, and bathroom fixtures so that they could replace the drain tile, as well as other services associated with their guaranteeing a dry basement. Additionally, they shored up some sections of basement foundation wall that were not structurally sound. Accurate did an excellent job with their service and enabled the house to be sold. The actual construction work was done very professionally, within promised time frame, and for the costs estimated. Additional work became necessary as the first phase of the job began and that work and associated cost was communicated effectively so that both phases could be accomplished without a break in service. All work people were courteous and neat. Mr. Mancuso, one of the owners, came out to meet with my father and I, and I was extremely impressed with how well he explained the process, particularly as my is father is 90 years old. He exhibited much patience and knowledge and helped us understand the process completely. I have recommended Accurate to others and will continue to do so. They operate in an industry that most people do not want to have to utilize, but they make the process as painless as possible.
